A reminder – IHC AGM at Level 2 – Limited numbers

To all members,

I want to update you on the IHC AGM on Friday 11 September.

Due to COVID-19 and the changing Alert Levels we can only have 60 attendees at the AGM, which is fewer than planned when the meeting was set.

Therefore if you have not let us know that you are coming, and you turn up, it is likely you will be turned away by the venue because of COVID-19 physical distancing restrictions.

Since the setting of the date, time and venue of the meeting, the Government announced most of the country would move to Level 2 (Monday 10 August) and Level 3 in Auckland (Wednesday 12 August).

In Wellington we remain at Level 2 and Rydges (the venue) has informed us that the room that would ordinarily accommodate more than 100 can now only accommodate 60 while ensuring physical distancing of one metre or more.

Thanks to those of you who have confirmed that you will be attending, we look forward to seeing you.

We look forward to welcoming more of you at next year’s AGM and will update you on all the news from this year’s AGM and going forward.

We apologise to those who were hoping to attend, but the matter is beyond our control and we must adhere to safety requirements, particularly in these challenging times.

Ralph Jones
IHC Group Chief Executive
